來自台東的海洋餐廳總經理張莫雅表示，她經營的餐廳專營團餐，以前生意好的時候，一天路過花東的遊覽車近400輛，平均每家餐廳可分到幾十輛車的生意，如今，一天路過只剩30幾輛車，一家店分不到一輛，生意相當淒慘。餐廳員工約80人，大家都要養家活口，面對陸客不來，大家都很煩惱，希望政府拿出辦法，救救大家。
